Facility RentalWelcome to APAPA’s facility rental website. APAPA located in Natomas rents out two different size rooms, a small conference room and a large training room. We also have office space (cubicle workstations) available for rent. Anyone may rent our facilities on a first come basis for public or private events, so long as the activity does not violate law or is contrary to APAPA's mission. APAPA business operations, meetings and events take precedence over all other activities. APAPA reserves the right to "bump" other activities as necessary to accomplish its mission.
These rooms
have been used for a variety of activities. Businesses like State Farm,
McDonald’s, Panda Express and Union Bank have used the facility to hold meetings
and workshops. A wedding anniversary dinner party and a workshop on Autism
Awareness was previously held in the training room as a fundraiser for two
non-profit organizations.
All renters
must supply APAPA with a Certificate of Liability Insurance with APAPA’s name
included on the document. And a cleaning deposit of $200 must be paid before the
